Congrats on the launch; site and branding look nice and clean!

I think @zalkazemi has already covered this, but my thoughts were the same, primarily

• How are you different and better than the competition?
  -- What's your USP?
  -- What problem are you solving that they have with their existing solution?
  -- How can you prove or quantify this?
• Why would they choose you over a more established competitor?
  -- What re-assurance can you provide to de-risk their decision? Testimonials, star ratings etc

As someone who has used multiple platforms in my career for discovery and product research, even though I'm familiar with the use cases, given the breadth of your product offering, I'm still unsure when and why I would choose it over a known provider.

I'd recommend the following tweaks and changes.

Header:

• H1, something along the line of "The review collecting platform for (target customer) who (problem or use case they're currently experience/solving)

Make it specific and targeted to a particular use case and customer to differentiate yourself from the larger more established brands.

Feature section:

• Agree with the feedback about image size, these need to be much larger, as it is, it's impossible to tell about the quality of the UX you provide (key is customer experience is a place you want to differentiate in)

Looks nice, like the simplicity. Have you considered generating seed questions automatically using AI ?

Idea is nice and I like simplicity. Overall, website looks good, but I think that header can be smaller on mobile, so it doesn’t take 30% of screen. You got my upvote on PH. Good luck 😉

Hahaha funny, this is exactly what I needed a couple of weeks ago for my previous employer. You're indeed cheaper than any other NPS scoring tool I reviewed (at least 20+ of them).

There's two tracks I would take:

1. Short-term:

• Be active on Twitter/Reddit/IH. Write interesting posts about how these feedback indicators can help other peoeples newly founded IH Saas companies.
• There's many more short-term marketing channels you can activate, but most depend on budget, time-investment, etc. Happy to share some insights (dm me).
• A gem is to be active on several App Stores

2. Long-term:

• SEO (invest in search terms like 'NPS tool', 'feedback tool', etc.
• Write blogs, use-cases, case-studies, etc.

Your website images are tiny. For me its a concern for multiple reasons. What if your product is not user friendly, and looks bad for my customers.

Too broad and tons of competition. How are you special? Lead with that above the fold
