I have decided to redesign my website whilst also moving to a .com domain. The site I currently have is just in Finnish due to that being my native language. Here is the link if anyone wants to check it out https://workpress.fi/
So the question I more so have is what colour palette should I go for?
I have tried to read up on some colour meanings and found out that dark colour palettes are really popular right now and also gives off a professional high-quality feel.
I don't know if it's just me but now when I look at my site I feel like it's a bit "childish", when I made the site though I thought I had done an awesome job. Feel free to roast me heh ;)
The colors give it an "Antivirus software" feel in my opinion. The part that may make you think "childish" is the font choice in my opinion. You have a font that outdates the style on the rest of the page.

I agree that the colour palette I have may not be the best for WordPress maintenance. I want to target people in the medium to high end and therefore bright orange with funky illustrations are probably not the way to go?
What would you think about a dark palette for example like indie hackers site?
If the decision was mine I would narrow it down to two choices.
Do nothing right now and work on other things that will move the needle for the business.
Complete a full brand study. That will get you a style guide where all these selections will be very clear.
