Hello everybody!
I'm launching the second iteration of a Project Management Software for Software Agency Executives.
The goal is to give the right visibility to make the best decisions.
The differences from other PMS:
- Executive-Level Insight
- Centralized Information Hub
- Client Collaboration Portal For Executives
- Advanced Analytics and Forecasting
The main features:
- A timeline where you track milestones, delays, decisions, and feedback
- Auto-generated KPIs
- Agency and project dashboards
- Sharable client portal
I would love your opinion.
Agency as in marketing agency or web development agency?
Does it interface to other systems or includes everything to the operational level?
Software Agency.
It doesn't integrate with the operational level (Jira, Trello, Monday) for a few reasons:
But soon there will be some integrations as well.
It might be out of my field of knowledge
You do mention insights, Analytics, dashboard, but IDK what the data that's being fed into the system is
It seems like it's a very specific niche and you need to talk to these specific people to get useful feedback, it's not a generic sounding system that most people would know about due your feature list sounds generic the users aren't
Interesting feedback, thanks for sharing!
I was supposing it's clear how a software agency works.
Thanks!
