Roast my survey and approach

Hey fellow Indie Hackers,

I am just starting out my journey as an IH, and I am about to send out a survey to my audience. I would appreciate your feedback on my survey.

My idea is: To help beginner JavaScript coders to gain close-to-professional experience by giving them tasks collected from open source projects. My assumption is beginners are stuck in the tutorial hell and they do not have confidence/skills to work on their own projects. Hence they either don't have their own projects, or have technically poor projects. This leads to their inability to find jobs. The ultimate pain is they can't get jobs.

The solution is to help them gain the experience they can't get alone, which will enrich their CVs and let them openly discuss technologies sought in the industry.

Now, there are a lot of assumptions I've made, and I want to validate them as accurately as possible. At the same time, I don't want to have too narrow questions to allow for more insights to possibly pivot with the idea.

I will make different copies of this survey and send out to different channels to test where each one performs well and poor.
