We've been working on a company for a few months now and just launched our landing page!
What do you guys think about it? Do you understand the product?
Sencha is a credit card that guarantees approval with proof of income and automatically builds credit as fast as possible. I was an immigrant working in the USA and couldn't be approved for a credit card due to lack of credit history.
We're currently pre-launch and are working on partnerships with banks and other financial institutes.
Thank you!
Hey there!
I'm a product designer in NYC. Happy to give my 2 cents :)

I've been looking at a lot of these landing pages, and yours is definitely one of the stronger ones!
Most of my feedback has been helping sites figure out how to communicate their key value props. You're already doing this really well though. Bravo!

Couple areas to consider:
CTAs
These are a bit confusing. Is the product prelaunch? If so you may want to turn this into an email capture, so you can start collecting the emails of interested persons.
I would move "contact" to the footer. Having contact in this position makes it feel like this isn't a real legitimate service.
The learn more section is really dense. Perhaps take some cues from robinhood:
https://learn.robinhood.com/
Overall I think you're on the right track though!
Keep up the good work!

First, thank you for such great feedback!
Yes the product is pre-launch. We are trying to collect emails via the 'sign up for updates button'. Is that not clear and if so, what are your suggestions?
Hmm thats very insightful on the 'contact us' button, do you have any suggestions to what to replace that with?
And yes, I completely agree that the learn more is very dense. We were trying to launch the site asap and spent less time on the learn more! We'll take a thing or two from robin hood!
For the signup prompt:
First, make it an input field, not a button.
Then try to make it more enticing. Like you're giving them exclusive.
Consider some other language companies have used:
"Be the first to know" [with email input field]
Or change the text in the input field [email me when it's ready]
Or update the language in the CTA next to the input field [email] "Get early access"
Something to make it feel exciting. Like you're doing them a favor.
For the "contact us" button, don't replace it with anything! Just remove it from the marquee. :)
Keep up the good work!

I updated the the page! Took some of your advice and thinks it looks a lot better :)
Nice, looks great!
Hey there,
Just wondering if you could take a look at our new site, and give your opinion (Desktop only right now)

2 Questions:
- Is it clear?
- Do you want to try the product?
- If not, what's the reasoning?
Thanks!
Unless there is something I'm missing, it's a secured credit card. In which case, lines like "Sencha is innovating the credit experience..." is overstating things a bit. Just present the benefits clearly.
I also think you need a more compelling call to action. Why should someone sign up to get updates? What's the benefit to the prospect?
Hope that helps.
In the learn more section (which is a bit dense), there's a 'how is Sencha different than a secured card section'. But basically, you have to put down a security deposit on the secured card (in essence you paid $1k for a credit card with a limit of 1k) as you never get to spend that $1k cause the bank just holds it as collateral. Also, secured cards typically have fees or high APR.
With sencha, you deposit money into your account, but that money is for you to spend. We just pay off your credit card with the money in your account and dont let you spend more than what is already in your account. It's kinda like autopay or prepaying your credit card.
Hope that makes sense!
If thats not clear, how do you suggest we make it more apparent?
Hi JBean!
I have just made a quick search and in no place, at least on the link provided, appears the word 'secure'. That is the most important thing I would be worried about, if it is secure, if I can trust this company.
The learn more page, I would make it much more appealing. with graphics, as the homepage.
and instead of learn more, I would place the 'Sign Up button.
Best,
Sebastian Marghella
Thats a good point! I have a section of 'Is Sencha safe?' in the learn more section at the bottom.
Do you suggest putting it some where on the main page?
Absolutely! I would add a dedicated section to security.
Awesome :) I guess the problem is, we're partnering with financial institutions to make sure your money is safe and secured. We havent finalized these partnerships which is why we havent written anything yet!
I guess we could have a small section saying what we're doing right now and how your money will be safe!
Exactly that is what I would like to see.
One other thing I am thinking about, is it only available in the States, Can I get it from anywhere?
Best,
Sebastian
Updated the page clearly stating that we're pre-launch and are working with financial institutions to make sure your money is safe and secure! Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you for the suggestion! Will get on that when i can!
And yes, for now just in the USA
