Initial thoughts are that I'm very overwhelmed with options once I get onto your site. I'd love for there to be some intro section explaining the site, and ways to more easily know where to start.
This seems to be pretty in line with what @ChessSpyder is saying. I agree with all of their feedback!
I appreciated his feedback as well as yours. Because some people liked the way everything listed on home page with a category on the right hand side and search bar on top, I am still looking for more feedbacks.
This site has an insane amount of tools! Well done.
One thing I always look for online and struggle to find is mimics of PHP (or other programming languages) functions. So a tool that can replicate what the MD5 function does for example online so I can run a quick test query.

The menu to filter by tool category is too similar to the other buttons. It took me some time to see it.
I also tried clicking again on a selected category to reset the filter, and it didn't work. I found that clicking "Tools" work but I feel it could be clearer. Maybe an "All" option? 💭

As a first-time visitor, my eyes glaze over by a wall of undifferentiated rectangles with small-ish type. I’d have to read a bunch of the rectangles to determine what the theme of the page is, but I don’t yet have a reason to invest that effort. You might think of an h1 element with some kind of title to orient the visitor.
There are so many tools listed that (a) I have no idea if you have the tool I’m looking for and (b) I’m certainly not going to read L→R, and then down each row for who knows how long (I can’t even get a sense of how many rows there are) to see if you have it.
I’d suggest you improve the “discovery” aspect of the interface (i.e., for the user to discover/find what their looking for). One way to do this would be group similar tools in a clearly titled and demarcated section, e.g., “Time” (with “Minutes Calculator,” “Months Calculator,” etc., that are currently scattered alphabetically).
Another way to do this would be a set of pull-down menus to help the user hone in on the proper tool. E.g., the first level would be the broad category (time; date; JSON, etc.; CSS, …), after that is chosen, the second-level pull-down would be appropriate to the choice made in the highest-level pull-down. Etc.

Clicking on tools will take you to home page since all tools are listed on home page. If you are already on Home page, it will not do anything.
I'd definitely suggest adding white space to the left side as well and then having 3 tool columns instead of 4.
Think of it like a little bit wider version of the usual pricing plans.
Would be easier to grasp with an eye. Right now the content width is very spread out which makes it kind of difficult.
Overall nice page and a crazy amount of tools!! Also, dig the dark mode. 🪐
