Overall it looks cool! Maybe you're already aware of some of these:

• Some blog posts have placeholder text, and the featured image seems very low res
• Items near the author name seem static and not really related to the post, e.g. comment count at 50 with 0 comments
• Links in the footer all direct to the homepage, except for blog
• Something weird happened when I got redirected to Otta in a job post. When I hit back to go to the previous page to your website in chrome, a file is automatically downloaded, not sure if that's otta's fault. Tried multiple times and it downloaded automatically several files named "startups" without any extension
• In the job screen, there are some filters with "Coming Soon" above them, I would suggest to just hide them in production until they're ready :) also until you will have 100s or 1000s of jobs, probably you can keep them really simple. Unless you're sure that from day 1 you will have a lot of job posts?
• Job posts template: the word "competitive" near the salary icon imo is a little bit too generic and all sorts of memes come to mind :D maybe you can show a range or hide it?
• Homepage join waitlist box: maybe it's not ready yet, but tried to subscribe with a temporary email, and it didn't work
• I think that the above the fold section of the homepage is pretty good, in terms of design and also the content. Maybe on the main title you can think of a title that addresses the main "pain point" of your ideal user persona? I'm thinking, for example, something that mentions remote positions or similar - not sure what the biggest pain point of the audience may be :)

Interesting idea! Few feedback points:

• You mentioned at the first page that you use AI to filter jobs, but this was not clarified anywhere later how AI is actually used to make the search more efficient. So it feels for me either missed or as if AI is not that important part of the solution and should not be at the first page
• For me as a user it would be interesting to see how the solution looks or what types of jobs I can receive so that I get a better idea of what I am going to get
• Some descriptions (e.g. Why choose us? - For Students) could be more concise

Few pointers:

• Filtering and sorting is definitely important for any marketplace.
• There's no confirmation on signing up for the waitlist.
• Once you do that - Idelaly there should be some form of a quiz to fill in job seeker details so that the most relevant are shown on top.
• Adding a few interactions would be helpful to make the website experience delightful as well!

I think it needs more than filters to stand out from already existing sites like LinkedIn. I find it difficult to beat LinkedIn purely from the sheer volume of jobs and users they have. I feel like you need something truly unique here.

Something pretty cool I came across was PathFinder where they have curated videos and online courses for anyone to upskill on UI/UX and SEO - http://thepathfinderproject.co.uk

As you go along the path you even create projects alongside the community to make yourself more recruitable!

As requested I checked it but I don't see any handler on the waiting list input. Which made me think if there is any easy way to handle the email lists in Next.

why join waitlist prompt on loading?

Looks good! Initially, I was a bit confused with the "join the waitlist" prompt, but I was still able to browse and scroll through the website.

I think it would be better to focus on explaining or selling the solution on the homepage, and then add "join the waitlist" as the call-to-action (CTA).

You mention it twice and perhaps it's a term in your target market's circles but I don't know what it is.

I'm intrigued by the term so be explicit about what it is.

Also, 'The next generation startup platform for job seekers'.

I'd like you to speak to me as a job seeker.
I'd try something like ' The next generation startup platform for the job you were born to do'
or
'Looking for the job you were born for?'

This makes me go, cool AND I want to work at a Modern startup.
They're the delicious breadcrumbs on the way to the cookie jar.
