Hi, I have a website https://convertixo.com where I provide convert website to app service, we just started a few months back, actually I am providing the same service on fiverr from last 2 years, I am getting good orders from fiverr, but from the website the conversion is low right now, I even tried google ads and Facebook ads, but did not get good conversion, I would love to get the get the feedback from all of you on how can I improve the website and what are you not liking about it.
I would like to see some more content and an explainer video. I understand the overall goal of
website => web app
but how?
How do you manage updates? What happens when Google and Apple updates privacy policies and requirements to remain in the store? Is there a maintenance fee to maintain the app? I think my biggest fear is that the app would be below the standard I would expect because it is not a native application (maybe it is, but I can't see that from your website).
I would like to see content and clarification to put those fears to rest. I know how much time is involved to develop an app and functional website and $9-$99 seems too low to have a high quality product.
Lastly, your website is very slow. It doesn't communicate a good signal for a firm that is going to create my app. I would infer that maybe the app would be slow too. The refund policy also points to servelogy, which I am not sure is an affiliated business. I am unclear what happens if you request a refund, it looks like you have 1-week with no questions asked. Is that correct?
That is just my feeling from spending a few minutes on your website. I did eventually find your portfolio of the apps you worked on. I suppose with Fiverr, you know you will receive a good price and good value from a freelancer. If you move over to a website, you expect higher quality and overall your site doesn't communicate that information.
Its a great start! You have definitely put in a lot of work. Keep going!
Hi, thank you for taking the time to give feedback, we have clearly mentioned that no maintenance is required and apps will update exactly like the website in the benefits section maybe it is not properly visible, can you please give more feedback on this?, the apps are native apps, do you think it will be better if we mention clearly that the apps we create are good quality native apps?, we have already started working on boosting the website speed and we will fix it, Servelogy is basically our company name technically it’s the parent company of convertixo, we will host the privacy policy etc.. on the convertixo itself to avoid confusion, to address the refund policy issue we have now added the text "Your satisfaction is our success. Not delighted within the first 7 days? Claim your full refund, no questions asked!", do you think these changes are enough or should we still increase the prices according to you? A) Sure! I saw that you mentioned this, but it is not clear that if there is an issue with the native app (caused by Apple or Google) that you will address this upgrade. I assumed that if someone pays $99 that maintenance is not included for life, or is that not the case? I can understand that if change the text of a website that the app would update, I would expect this feature.

A) Yes, I would mention it more clearly and expand the content of your website to address these issues. The low price signals to me that you will use something like PhoneGap that turns HTML into a vanilla app.

A) Maybe take a look at https://termly.io/ for your compliance solutions. They will give you better "legalize" than I can. I use them because they constantly keep up-to-date the legal mumbo jumbo so you don't have too. They have a great refund policy that spells out the exact terms and conditions. Its fairly inexpensive and will keep you out of legal hot water as much as policy can. I think adding in your verbiage is okay, but it doesn't come across as professional because it doesn't spell out all the possibilities.

A) If you are providing maintenance for life, $99 is not enough. Maybe you might do a standalone product and a monthly subscriber fee to handle the maintenance.
