My two cents:
I also like the "star" testimonial section at the top, just not at the very top. I think your main statement/tagline should stand out and it's a little distracting. So you might put it right above/below the CTA.
It's also helpful you use real names (even if it's just first name) next to testimonial quotes. It makes the quote seem authentic and real.
Nice-to-have: I went to your YouTube channel and you had a great video. Think about bringing that video into your homepage. It will add more credibility and breakup the "whitenesss" of your site.
Do you mean the youtube video from the landing page? Good point about the whiteness.
Yes - Exactly. The one that autoplays. You might even shorten it for your landing page.

Looks great! I like the design of the page and it's very neat. One thing that I would definitely test (A/B test) is to see if a different USP would change the sign up rate. The headline and first USP both claims that your app is ultra fast, but I'm not sure if that's the main reason for users to switch to your app. It's just a hypothesis and probably worth testing, or maybe you've already tested that.
