Great Website Mo. I'm impressed by the design. but You want me to roast the site, then I found 3 issues,

    1. Footer links (Instagram and Twitter Not Working)
    2. "Let's Talk" button on the Navbar is not working
    3. No Favicon
:) These are just my findings, But your website is 10/10.

Thank you! I totally forgot about the missing links and favicon, but I fixed them now :)

First part of the landing page is quite good. I am assuming some of the links in the header and footer are work in progress.

My views (take them with a grain of salt)

    1. You have a rolling Featured Projects text I would suggest keep it fixed and instead you can have your portfolio roll or at-least provide a slideshow option. It took me a while to see that what is rolling is text which contains Featured projects. Font size of that could be bit smaller. I cant see your complete work, there is no option to view the slideshow.
    2. I clicked on your featured projects and theme of the featured projects (repleet and carbon templates) are very different from your landing page. Not sure if that is intentional. Both the themes are good just that they are very different.
    3. I liked the fact that you are creating scarcity by saying 3 slots only but when I click calendly I see just about all slots open. I would expect a nearly blocked calendar to go in with the scarcity that got created in my mind.
    4. You have an excellent testimonial why not keep it at the top to establish trust.

Overall I liked your thought and design.

    All the best!

Case studies aren't part of the portfolio design, so it's normal for them to be in a different style from the website.

That's a good point! I will work on that.

You have an excellent testimonial why not keep it at the top to establish trust.

I thought of that, but said to myself it might be more effective if I place the testimonial near the call to action section.

Thank you for your valuable feedback :)

Visually, it looks great, so fantastic job! I can second what indihackernew1 commented. Furthermore, I saw that you still need to get a meta description. Probably very good for SEO. Unfortunately, I can't complain about the design; you are a designer after all haha

Thank you! SEO isn't my focus but I added a meta description.

hey, overall it's a nice minimal design.
I have a few inputs from a messaging & design perspective.

    1. The home page title can be lil more personalized. or detailed.
    2. our work section, is not clickable. Chances some visitors might like to check the project from the home page only.
    3. Except for the hero banner & footer section, the rest website is dark black, try some other background(just a suggestion)
    4. And the separate pages, don't have any different content than what is on the home page. So It'll be better if you keep the home page only for now.

Great site, I think its better to make a cursor: pointer on the FAQ questions, so users know they are clickable

The page looks amazing. The experienced developers gave you the roasts, and I have nothing but appreciation as a junior. I want to know, how do you do this kind of website. I know it comes with experience and constant learning. However, I feel I am generally out of the pathway other developers are in. Please illuminate me too

Great landing page, but one suggestion:
Below the call to action button it says "3 spots left for this month!" whereas on calendly I can see options for 8 days to book.

Nice site! Some things I noticed:

    • Headline: The hero section text started visible, then disappeared for a moment before animating in. I imagine the intention was for it to only animate in.
    • Slow menu closing: The menu items animate in, which is fine, but they also animate out. When I close something, as a user I want to close or visibly start closing immediately, so having to wait for the menu items to animate out one by one before the menu closes feels mildly annoying.
    • Missed "recent work" opportunities?: I was curious about the "recent work" and wanted to see more, but since the movement of the images is tied to scrolling, I couldn't see much, and the images weren't clickable.
    • (Logo/menu) : While I won't tell you to change your logo, it does look a bit like the three stripes I'd expect when looking for the menu on mobile, so for a moment I thought there were two menu togglers. This might just be me, and isn't a big deal anyway, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. 🙂

Tested on Vivaldi on Android (Pixel 4a).

it's sleek and fancy, but it feels a bit too commercial and less personal.

I would suggest bringing the nav bar elements closer and building a visual hierarchy for the hero section (colors).
