    Here's my feedback:

    1. Yes - pretty clear to me.
    2. No because I don't use Telegram :-).
    3. I'm use Crisp on 2 sites and love it. They also have a Telegram integration.
    4. No.
    5. Belgium.

    All in all, gramchat looks good! I do think you are in a difficult market because there are so many livechat plugins and they are all throwing in a lot of features for free. Most have unlimited messages on their free plan. This is hard for an indiehacker to compete with.

    1. Yes - it's clear
    2. No, I'm on LINE, not Telegram.
    3. I'm not sure. It looks pretty good but I don't have a pressing need for this on my blog.
    4. No.
    5. Nomadic, currently in Tokyo.
