Roast my yet another project management app ( ! quite)

Show, don't tell! I once made a project management tool that was so sleek designed that people instantly adopted it on producthunt. i grew to 200+ users over night just because it looked nice (interviewed people). Only mistake i made was not charging money in the first place. freemium sucks.

since you want feedback on your landingpage:

Headline: What does that mean "A tool for creating a highly efficient company". That is not a real value proposition. Most Startups are ran pretty efficiently. Obviously you can improve anything, but your headline is not giving me any insights on your value proposition. it also does not tell me what problem you are trying to solve.

Hero Graphic: Pixalated and bland. those node trees are confusing and look a bit like cyber security analytics from 2010

explaination text: okay so you are pitching a method. Nice thing i guess. unfortunately i cant identify with your text. In my team we are working on a multi layer level with granular tasks we are following (every team member sets his own tasks for himself) as well as the bigger project and an overall quarterly timeline. the day to day problem you are describing never came across my desk.

what is nokit: personally i think point 2) is interesting. analytics across projects can be really helpful for retros and stuff but that has nothing to do with actual project management. the other points are rather irrelevant. agility should be really present in 2022. also machine learning is a buzzword if you dont tell me what you are doing with it exactly. Highlighted learnings? hmm... i dont need AI for that.

Btw, i really dont like that you have another link to explain the core of your product, the method, on a separate page. That is confusing and makes me bounce from the landingpage. try working with graphics and explain it better!

benefits for my company: I like this kind of stuff but maybe compare it to my company as if i would never come across nokit. What would happen if i would not use your method? plenty of people are not using your method though and they are doing fine. how can you make their lives even better? Again: what problem do you solve?! What pain do i have in your eyes that can be cured with your product? that is so unclear.

what we believe: well ... yeah values and stuff. good thing to have but i wouldnt scroll all the way down to find out about that to be honest.

I am a rails developer myself and i know its fun to build stuff but i would not even consider signing up before i know the exact value of the product. I dont get it unfortunately.
Also try to get my email adress without a password in the first place. you could create a contacts model and collect my mail adress. then i could get funneled via mailchimp in some kind of survey which could lead to an onboarding. you could customize the link in the confirmation mail you send initialy to store my email in a session so the sign up process via devise would be smoother. once i answered some questions and feel your product is nice, i would not churn from onboarding/signing up (pro tip).
