I and my team are working on an open-source in-app feedback tool. After looking for an open-source alternative to Instabug, TestFairy, etc. we decided to develop our SDK and dashboard. These tools are proprietary and didn't give us enough control.
As Sentry users, we decided to use it as our event-collecting mechanism making it easy to integrate with apps that are already using it for monitoring.
I am an iOS developer and Xcode's layout debugger is one of my favorite tools for troubleshooting layout issues. So we built something similar for screenshots sent by users.
We are already using it for our apps and consider creating a product out of it but we are all developers and know nothing about marketing. So please roast our LP:
The first screenshot is super confusing, when you show the same on video it becomes clearer. But the second video with code editor (debugging) should start on some meaningful point (like UI is already drawn) and better be the first user to see.
LGTM +1
I like the idea of Azbouki and the visual appearance of your landing page. Especially the visual layout debugger seems impressive! It is also great to have a live demo to get an idea of the product in action.
I would experiment with replacing the first screenshot with a video/GIF to drive engagement with the landing page.
I got that Azbouki's event collection mechanism is based on Sentry and can easily integrate with it. However, I wonder whether it is necessary to use Sentry in order to use Azbouki's SDK?
Finally, the landing page should point to the repository of Azbouki's source code given that it advertises the benefits of open source.
