Hi Abid,
Overall, I think it's a solid landing page. I like the confetti that draws attention when hovering over the CTA. Two things stuck out to me that may could use some fine-tuning.
2 . I think a user testimonial would strengthen - maybe about how a team member felt when they were recognized?

Design: the confetti in combination with dynamic text (anniversaries/birthdays) and changing mouse pointer look makes it chaotic and potentially distracts visitors from converting into consumers.
Copy: I'd add something along the lines of "encouraging to build authentic relationships" to reassure visitors understand celebrations bot reminds you vs congratulates your colleagues on your behalf
