Your call to action is unclear. Is it the "book a call" button at the top? Is it the "get your online reputation repair strategy free" button? Pick one, and make it prominent and clear in the middle of the page when we land.
Also, you have to work on your copywriting: it's unclear to me why as a potential customer I care about my online reputation.
"DEFEND YOUR REPUTATION / DEFINE YOUR NAME ONLINE" => too long, make it simpler.
"OUR PROVEN REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM WILL LET YOU TAKE CHARGE
OF YOUR WEB PRESENCE." => unclear what I would be getting as a customer.
Finally, I find the social sharing icons on the left distracting: you just got me to land on your website, now you have to convert me, not send me away into a rabbit hole of social media distraction.
I can see that a lot of work and care went into this site. Keep tweaking and experimenting, and you will get there. Good luck with your site!
