Looks good, @senpex. A couple of minor recommendations,

    1. I think you need larger left and right margins on the column at the top that has "Meet Your Reliable..." Might mean you need to make the font a little smaller.
    2. Have the testimonial in "Customers are lovin' it" auto cycle through them. Also, make this section a fixed height so the layout doesn't jump for shorter testimonials.

    ALl the best!

Movement is always eye-catching. However, some of those testimonials are quite long, and it's frustrating as a user if you're half-way through reading something and the site decides you've had long enough. A sensible compromise can be to have the auto-cycle pause when the mouse is over the section.

Another tactic can be to drop a few testimonials throughout the page, rather than formalise the testimonials section, particularly if that testimonial is backing-up a point you're making at that point in the copy.

Having the pause button is a great idea!

I think the overall branding is nice.

A few site structures might need to change:

    • The CTA button doesn't really appear on my laptop clearly (MacBook Air 13")
    • Text under "Perfecting the Delivery Experience", too long, hard to tell how many visitors will read everything
    • Under "OUR GROWING CITIES", I under your company is growing, but those city tags look like being displayed randomly

I think you've got a good website. I think you could have a great website.

I agree with @ksp that the padding on the hero section could be more generous, as "partner" drops onto the second line and could use some company.

It's very distracting when you first land on the page, as these elements fight for your attention:

    • COVID-19 update
    • Hero text
    • Sign in / Create an account
    • Pick-up address OR Schedule a delivery
    • Intercom/chatbot with the video

At the very least I'd minimise the chat window. It feels like you don't know where I should start and I'm blatted with all the options simultaneously.

What makes you reliable? None of the five bullet points following it explicitly cover this claim.

Is there a better way to layout those cities in the "Perfecting the Delivery Experience"? It sounds like you've got a useful convincer metric in that "55 minutes" there - you should be highlighting that to me.

Who jumped on and added this random capitalisation Of Every Word? "Timing is Everything We Are Always Ready When You Are. For Better Convenience, We Are Also Set to Offer Courier Service in the Bay Area.". This is inconsistent with the style of the two paragraphs before it.

I'm unclear about what those big-name partners bring here - are you using them, or are you saying they use you for last-mile delivery?

You mention that the app is available, but not why I'd want it. What does it do that you can't do on the web? What's the USP?

"Our Growing Cities" -> "Our Growing Range Of Cities" or "Cities Served (growing all the time)"

You've got some lovely, eye-catching images on those blog posts, but they get no love on the home page. Featuring three of these in the middle to bottom part of the page might help drive some extra engagement with the brand and explain a bit more about what you do.

Hope some of that was useful. Good luck with the site.
