I love it, I'm just confused with the word complex workflow. Can you dumb it down unless your ICP understands it.

@metatask just one personal tip - There's way too much information on the whole page. It was a long scroll till the end and i think you should segregate the information on different pages.

Apart from that, I could understand the text but there are some places where you can improve the overall experience. I have left you a detailed feedback here -> https://app.ruttl.com/share/9lhmD3qC1A4z09Azk5LN

Let me know if you need any further help!

Useful tool and great use of screenshots on the landing page.

    Feedback:

    • Headline could be more outcome focused. "A Simple Tool for Complex Workflows" talks more about what the product is. You have this in the footer - "Automate all kinds of business processes & workflows" which talks about what you can do with the product. The latter works better imo. +100 on the suggestion by Typologist 'Automate any workflow in your company in minutes'
    • Highlighting the problem in the sub-title would be a +. E.g. Stop wasting hours reinventing the wheel on repeated business tasks. Use Metatask to help your team perform the same tasks consistently using process templates, approval workflows and tracking.
    • CTA could be more actionable - e.g. Unlock 100s of Process Templates Now
    • Jump into use cases right after this. Here are three common use cases - onboarding employees, sales activation etc etc
    • Felt the feature list was too long

Looks nice and clean! But honestly, I have no idea what you do. I tried to understand, but the more I scrolled, the more confused I got. Although your software might do many things, you always have to highlight the primary benefit and state it as clear as possible. After some effort, I was able to get it.

    Maybe something like:

"Automate any workflow in your company in minutes"

This describes the problem you solve (business automation), for whom (companies) and in an "easy" way (in minutes).

Just being honest here, since I believe that's the best way to help. Good luck!

Hey metatask, from a layman's POV, I always look for the tl;dr that describes what the utility is to me, and also whether or not the product is meant for me.

My suggestion: change "A Simple Tool for Complex Workflows" to "Move data between people and departments, [for your HR dept]". Or something like that. I just want to know what the product does, and who it's for.

If I find those to both align with me, then I will further investigate your product offering.

The page looks great though! Cheers!
