I've been building landing pages recently at Typedream. Here's my 2 cents:

1. Landing pages should have a very clear Call To Action. In your case, I'm not sure what it is, is it "Partner with us" or "Quote Now" ? I think you should pick either one.
2. Call to Action button color: I think it should be the accent color of your site. One of examples that I built here, you can see that the rainbow color on the button is strikingly different from other color themes. This is the focal point of your landing page, this is how a CTA should be.
3. Is there any way for your CTA button to not redirect the user to another page? I think when I click "Quote Now" it redirects me to a page with takes a million years to load. I think this will hurt your conversion rate. You should either make the site load faster, or open a popup modal instead.
