πŸ— Roast our pricing page!

Our app has been live for about a year, but only now built our pricing page. Would love to hear any feedback you may have!

Is the Premium offering clear?

Half of the "features" aren't features - like who expects an app to be insecure lol...
The other issue is that if someone isn't super familiar with your app and your "lingo" they won't know what they're paying for...
for example, I never heard of your app and I see something that says
    Guided Reflect & Reset
What in the actual fuck does that mean hahaha - as a potential buyer what does that tell me?

AEsthetically those plan icons are ugly too, but that doesn't mean shit I guess - just personal opinion.

Would be nice to see some testimonials or social proof on the pricing page too.

I appreciate the honesty, thanks for not holding back 😝

Great point about the "lingo" - im considering adding tooltips to make that more clear? I'm also expecting most people to hit the pricing page to have already have exprienced the app since its free to sign up. But in either case your right everything should be super clear.

Right below the fold "recent app store reviews" do you think that works as a testimonial or do you think something else would be more effective?

thanks again for taking the time and your honesty!

I don't have any additional feedback to offer but would like to throw out a "nice fucking job". I run a free online journal in my spare time and found myself oohing and aahing over the look and feel of the app. I honestly might steal a few design cues : ) Keep up the good work.

Thanks! And just checked out KindMind - looks beautiful and love the simplicity of it!

The site structure is fine. But I am worrying if those features are literally features.

Although you've social proof underneath but it looks very unreal, maybe you can adjust that?

@felix12777 hey felix, just made a bunch of update to the sit thanks for the feedback!

One thing i wasnt sure about was how to make the reviews look more "real". they are in fact real reviews i pulled from our app store reviews on apple and iOS. I'd love to hear, what would make them feel more real to you?

The copy is quite company-centric, rather than customer-focused – "support OUR efforts", "WE offer".

It needs to be about the customer – after all, it's them parting with their money. What do they get for that? Where's the value you in it for them?

I'd suggest removing all references to "we" and "our". They only place these words belong are on an "About Us" page.

As I imagine you want people to go premium, I'd make the "Go Premium" CTA button bigger – it's smaller than the "Get Started" CTA under the free plan. You could also consider changing their colours to make the "Go Premium" more eye-catching.

Thanks so much @Hollie Youlden took your advice and made the pricing page more about "you" than "us". And also changed the CTA buttons. thanks!
