I don't work in this industry so take it how you will. I understood your headline. But in your subtext I was completely lost. I don't know what CV's are maybe avoid using acronyms ?

Looks good. I think the headline "AI-Driven Technical Screening Automation." could be improved. Maybe something like "Automate technical screening with AI for Tech Recruiters and Hiring Managers"

First of all, good job on your work.
I want to mention few stuff:
-Check "Request Demo" button hover background color .
-Logo is pixelated.
-Add icons to make it more attractive.
-Add animation.
-Check text fonts .

Just my two cents, but I would,

1. replace the pixelated logo with a vector based one
2. Delete the "get started with 100% free plan" because it says again at the bottom
3. make the explanation of "Experience the Future..." to "...with Precision" 50% shorter
4. make the Your Name and email input 30% shorter each
   5-1. align the inputs to the text either to the left or keep it mid depending on how it looks
   5-2. At least on my ipad 12.9 it's not reactive friendly so things are not centered and the whole page can be swiped right
5. The Screening Interview gif or vid is WAY too wide.
   7-1. Delete the ? from How It Works
   7-2. Have the How It Works section pop out a bit with a different color container or something right now it feels a little empty
6. As a matter of fact have every container be shaded sequentially to look like sections
7. Keep in mind of SEO when you write stuff on your page
