Roast the redesign 🔥 of my website

Request you to roast the redesign of my website:

https://www.bayzil.com/

Does it feel like an attractive proposition?

My partner thinks that the CTA should be to book time in a calendar (current CTA). I feel people are more comfortable filling up a contact form. What's your opinion?

Thank you in advance for your feedback and advice.

You just asked for roast, but if I quote you some problems and solutions it might be helpful for you.

No 1: Your website looks like a generic template that you slapped together in a few minutes. It does not reflect your brand identity or your value proposition.

Solution 1: You should create a custom design that showcases your brand personality and style, and communicates your unique selling proposition clearly and convincingly. You should also use high-quality images, fonts, colors, and icons that match your brand identity and appeal to your target audience.

No 2: Your website is full of vague and meaningless buzzwords, such as "creative problem-solving club", "design as a subscription", and "growth design".

Solution 2: You should use clear and simple language that explains what you do, how you do it, and why you do it better than others.

No 3: Your website is poorly organized and confusing. You have too many pages, sections, and links. You do not have a clear hierarchy of information that makes it hard for your visitors to find what they are looking for or what they should do next.

Solution 3: You should simplify your website structure and content, and group them into logical categories and subcategories. You should also use descriptive labels for your pages, sections, and links, and make them easy to access from any page.

No 4. Your website is not responsive or mobile-friendly. It does not adapt to different screen sizes, devices, or browsers. It looks distorted, cluttered, and unprofessional on smaller screens.

Solution 4: You should make sure that your website design is responsive and mobile-friendly, also make sure that your website is fast-loading, easy to read, easy to tap, and easy to scroll on mobile devices.

Also, you may use testimonials, case studies, statistics, or awards to back up your claims and show proof of your value and credibility.

As for your question about the CTA, I think it depends on your audience and goals. For leads, use a contact form. For consultations, use a calendar booking. Test both to see what works best.

These are some of the major flaws that I found in your website redesign and some possible solutions that might help you fix them. I think you have a lot of potential and I hope you can make your website more attractive and effective.

    Best of luck!

Wow thank you so much for taking the time out for a detailed feedback and advice. I agree with all your suggestions. We do have testimonials though. The fact that you missed those highlights another problem to fix in the site. We’ll get to it then! Thanks again.
