Nice idea. The unwanted email is a problem I experience - I approached it another way using an email making service.
There is something I don't get. Are you providing email accounts or filtering emails in an existing email account or something different?

I'm not sure I would pay 7$ for it. Maybe include a free tier and another tier after the 7$ one so there's a comparison for it. Good luck.
It has a 7 days free trial, no card needed. Also it's open source if you want to host it on your own machine.
