Roast Xeyria — What Would Make You Stop Using It?

I’m building Xeyria around a problem I’ve been exploring with AI-assisted software development.

AI coding tools are getting incredibly good at writing code. But as a project grows, keeping its context and understanding consistent over time still feels difficult.

A real project accumulates architecture decisions, constraints, assumptions, previous attempts, dependencies, priorities, and the reasoning behind them. A lot of that context isn't obvious from the code itself.

Xeyria is my attempt at building Project Intelligence around that problem.

But at this stage, I don't want another “this sounds interesting.”

I want to know why I might be wrong.

So I'm looking for developers who regularly use AI coding tools to roast Xeyria.

I’d especially like to know:

What feels unnecessary, over-engineered, or pointless?
Would your current workflow with Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, documentation, or project instructions already solve this?
What would stop you from using Xeyria on a real project?
What project context would you expect Xeyria to understand that it currently doesn't?
If you used it for a month, what would make you keep using it — or uninstall it?

And the biggest question:

Is this actually a painful problem, or am I trying to solve something developers have already solved well enough?

If the product is confusing, the positioning is wrong, the problem isn't important, or existing tools already do this — please tell me.

I’d rather find that out now than spend another six months building the wrong thing.
