Run a jobs newsletter? Let's get our heads together

I started a jobs newsletter going on substack, Policy People,(https://policypeople.substack.com/) which is going on 2,000 (free) subscribers. It does a weekly update on new openings in think tanks around the world. I also do a posting on events, but the jobs is what people really sign up for.

There's a lot of buzz around newsletters right now, but I haven't found too many others trying a new twist on the classic jobs board, (at least not using new platforms like substack, etc.) Would be really keen to start a mastermind with others who are in the same space here. As long as our industries do not overlap, swapping notes on what works would be very valuable as this is quite a distinct type of newsletter which may require different pricing models / marketing tools, etc.
