SAAS App Stack for China?

Hi everyone!

I currently sell a browser add-on for getting tabular data from webpages into a spreadsheet or other format: Table Capture (https://georgemike.com/tablecapture/)

One issue I have is that users in China often have trouble paying me money (a problem for both of us) and even after that hurdle, my licensing server (a self-built + hosted API using Stripe webhooks) is seemingly intermittently blocked.

How are folks selling SAAS things in China?
How are you accepting payments?
How do you distribute Chrome extensions in China? (I believe the CWS is blocked)
