In recurring businesses, such as SaaS, there are metrics such as ARR, ARPA, MRR, NRR and many more kpi's, but we don't know the starting point. There is no data frame of reference to compare them to.

There are some publications from the US, but they differ from European businesses. So we decided to do our own study on Saas businesses and created the project“Saas Benchmark Report”.
