Saas budget feedback

I like to come up with a budget for my Saas for fundraising. Assuming I will support 500 paying customers in 3 years (zero customers now), each paying $600 per year, what budget items should I have?

CEO - $60k/yr
1 FT fullstack programmer - $120k/yr
On-call devop - $30k/yr
Virtual PT CTO - $50k/yr
Marketing manager - $50k/yr
Virtual tech support team - $30k/yr
Product manager - $80k/yr

Am I missing anything else in terms of personnel? Are these costs reasonable to you? This is my first time running a startup Saas.
