SaaS Creation Process

After reading a lot of ProductHunt & Indiehackers Interviews I put together this simple Process Diagramm with high level steps on how to start from scratch to a working SaaS business (See Picture).

Since I am a Fullstack & Machine Learning Engineer, I want to develop services/products in the Cloud (GCP, AWS).

Feedback, correction is welcome. Or concrete expamples of how you've follow a similar process and how it worked out or how it didn't work out.
