SaaS for automated content creation?

Hi guys - Im currently researching if there is a SaaS outthere offering content creation (not curation, or copying/republish historical content) for digital marketing, primarily Facebook, instagram, google search, linkedin. - Im familiar with all the SoMe managment tool out there both for organic and paid distribution, programmatic ad buying, listening etc. Really want to either find the service able the create drafts of campaigns based on objectives.. - Or build that service or company myself. Are any of you familiar with such a SaaS?
