There is no doubt that there are a lot of tasks on CEOs’ shoulders and not enough hours in a day to complete them all. At least not if you’re not cheating. And by cheating, I mean using the plethora of productivity tools available today. In this article, I will share the top 5 productivity tools I’ve found useful in my career.

Notion | All-in-One Workspace

First up, we have Notion. Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of productivity tools. Notion is a powerhouse for organization, note-taking, project management, and collaboration. Whether you need to jot down meeting notes, plan your quarterly goals, or track projects, Notion has got you covered.

Why I Loved It:

    RivalSense sounds rly cool. Never heard about it

    This was an enjoyable read and it's great to learn of RivalSense. However, I always find that if I haven't purposefully built my own tools (read "tools sellotaped together") for productivity, I become less productive than before and churn from the new tools.

    Notion is a perfect example. I found it too overbearing and complicated, so I quickly switched back to a mix of Todoist and Notes (the native Apple app). I believe most of the productivity apps on the market do more damage to people's productivity than good.

    Also, Figma has the capability of Miro, and then so much more -- so they should get an honourable mention too :)

    Although, don't get me wrong, test these tools and decide what works for you. It's not a one-size-fits-all.

    I will never understand the Notion hype. We're using Google Docs for www.joinorderly.com and have not had a single problem
