Saas founders! I've got a perfect 3-step productivity strategy for you 🤩

👋 Hey SaaS founders

You already know how important it is to stay productive and focused. But with so many distractions on the web, it can be challenging to get things done.

I was in the same place for the past few months and after seeing the MRR stuck for a few weeks, I knew something had to change. Always setting really high goals for the day and not managing to achieve them.

Here is what I changed

1. Organising my browser

I know that most of you guys have 10+ tabs open at one time :) As a founder, you have to check twitter, PH, IH, email, but you also need 5 more tabs for your productivity and maybe even entertainment.

I started using a browser extension tool called BrowserUnicorn, this allows me have more websites in the same tab. Now I have 1 tab with my notifications(Twitter, Email, PH, and others), 1 tab for my productivity(Notion, Calendly, Pomofocus) and 1 for entertainment and ☕️ brakes ;) (Soundcloud, Youtube)

Have a look at my browser now :)

2. Set boundaries

Set specific times for checking email or responding to customers, and stick to them. Avoid getting distracted by social media or other non-work-related sites.

3. Take breaks

Take regular breaks to avoid burnout and keep your energy levels up. Use tools like the Pomodoro Technique or Time Out to schedule your breaks and stay on track. This really helped my out and I used a super cool tool called Pomofocus

This month stats are looking better than ever, so I suggest you guys try to organise your browser to achieve better productivity in your working time :)

Hope this helps and see you next time ✌️

Never heard of browserunicorn. I will give it a try, thanks.
In regards to productivity, I feel like the most important part is to stay away from easy pleasures which are abundant these days. Without them, it's easier to stay focused on what matters in the long run.
