Great product, love it and I love all the products that try to communicate with the customers and keep them involved. I love the idea so much that I even thought on building something myself (joining someone is always better, but did not find anyone).
The feedback I can give you is that it took me some time to find the the beupify button on bottom left. I would have expected it on the right, but you alraedy have the chat there (a component that I would add in your product, so you have everything in one place).
