SaaS marketing cooperation - what do you think?

Hi all,

I am running a SaaS company, with a product for a very niche market.
I don't have time to do marketing, and I have enough incoming leads to keep going.
However, I do think that there's big potential in marketing the product through social, whether organic or advertising.
What if I offer someone to do the marketing, and in return get a good part of the profits.
Is that something people do? Would anyone be interested?
I can also offer a small marketing budget.
