SadHorse.ai: Making HappyHorse 1.0 Video Generation Accessible

Hi Indie Hackers!

I just launched SadHorse.ai. After seeing the incredible potential of the HappyHorse 1.0 model, I wanted to build a streamlined interface that gives creators professional-grade motion control without the usual complexity.

As a solo founder, I’m focusing on high-fidelity output for TikTok and Reels creators. I built this using Next.js and Cloudflare to ensure the performance keeps up with the rendering demands. My goal for this month is to reach my first 100 active users.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the UI/UX and any advice on scaling an AI video SaaS!

Most AI video tools feel like they’re built for engineers rather than creators so a streamlined interface for TikTok/Reels is a massive gap. Scaling this will probably come down to how fast people can go from 'idea' to 'export' without hitting too many walls. Are you planning to add any native audio sync or is the focus strictly on the visual motion for now?
