SAM, Federal Contracting, prototype feedback

We are working on a new product (http://www.rfi-alert.com/) to make it easier to find contracts that are a potentially good fit on SAM.gov, the Federal Procurement website (something like $1.5 trillion of contracts per year), using AI-powered search to bring out the most relevant stuff. Our experience has been that it is a nightmare to navigate, BUT we want to hear your experience.
