Save your insta reel in different collections

Hey Indies,
Today I was scrolling through my Insta feed (probably for hrs) and I found one amazing reel that I wanted to save but this time I thought if there's a way to save the reel in different collections like YouTube playlists.

And I found a way to do so (maybe you already know it). There’s not a direct way to achieve this, but follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Instagram page and look in the feed section, if the reel video is “shared in feed” then only you can save it in categories. If you find the reel in the feed section then congrats.

2. Go to the post where the reel video is uploaded. Now long-press on the save button and Instagram will give you an option to save it in a collection or create a new collection.

3. Name your collection and boom you can now save reel video in different collections or categories.

NOTE: You cannot save the reel video in “Different Collections” from the reel section.
