Scaling Safeoid: Why I’m pivoting to an Affiliate-First growth model (and looking for partners!

Hey everyone,

Since launching Safeoid, the feedback on the AI document conversion has been great. But as a solo founder, I’ve hit the "marketing wall." You can build a great tool, but if people don't see it, it doesn't exist.

Instead of throwing money at Meta or Google ads, I’ve decided to put that money directly into the hands of the community and content creators.

What’s New: The Custom Affiliate Ecosystem

I just finished building out our Affiliate Program, and I wanted to do it differently than the standard "one-size-fits-all" 10% commission.

  • Custom Commission Tiers: I’m offering flexible percentages based on the creator's reach and niche.

  • Vanity Coupon Codes: Creators can request custom codes (e.g., CREATOR20) to give their audience a discount while tracking their own conversions.

  • Direct Payouts: No messy credit systems—commissions are withdrawn directly to your account.

The Goal: Finding our "Voice" on Social Media

I’m currently looking for content creators (YouTube, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) who talk about productivity, AI tools, or small business automation.

If you’ve got an audience that struggles with manual data entry or messy PDFs, let’s talk. I’d rather give a bigger slice of the pie to a partner who actually uses and loves the tool than to a faceless ad platform.

I’d love to hear from the community:

  1. For those who have run affiliate programs—what's the one mistake I should avoid?

  2. If you're a creator, what makes a partnership "instant-yes" for you?

Drop a comment or DM me if you want to test the tool and discuss a custom commission rate!
