Scaling traffic for a B2C SaaS

Hello,

I am developing a web app related to fitness and health. I was wondering what are your top ways to scale traffic without ads.

Currently I use reddit posts to get some traffic which can give me around 5k views on the landing page per month. However I have to do this continuously and it doesn't increase/scale.

So I am wondering what are the most efficient ways to increase traffic over time. Maybe growing a community, but it seems slow...

Thanks for any tips and for reference the website is : www.automealplanner.com Don't know if you think a particular technique works best for this type of bysiness.

Have you read the book hacking growth? They cover this question in a pretty practical way that I think provides a good a good direction.

Basically at this stage you're looking for a key user acquisition channel. And the two big ones are unpaid search and PPC. And since you don't want to use ads it basically leaves you with unpaid search but it's probably not the major fit channel you can use in this case.

I get the the impression that maybe IG/ general social could be a good fit.
