Scheduling for Salaried IT/sales/customer facing folks

Looking for feedback on the page (was the product offering clear, etc). And the product in general. I'm targeting the narrowest niche possible: salaried teams whose main priority is preventing anything from slipping through the cracks.

So sales teams, IT teams, customer support, Solutions Architects, sysadmins anything with a larger team (10+ people) spread across multiple timezones.

Scheduling for more than like 3 people has always been rough for me. This includes planned vacation, sick time, On call work. If everyone in the same timezone no biggie, pop open a shared google sheet.

But it gets increasingly complex when there's time-sensitive deliverables across multiple continents or timezones... 😩
