Scheduling Made Easy with AI: Feedback Needed on New Service!

Hi Indie Hackers! I'm working on a scheduling service that automates the process of setting up meetings. My solution includes a chatbot feature that responds to incoming messages and handles the back-and-forth to schedule meetings automatically. I’d love to get feedback from this amazing community of entrepreneurs and builders.

We all know how tedious scheduling meetings can be—whether it’s finding the right time, dealing with multiple time zones, or going back and forth on availability. It can consume valuable time that could be spent on more productive tasks.

I'm building a platform that leverages a chatbot to take care of scheduling for you. The chatbot can:

• Respond to messages in real-time.
• Offer available time slots.
• Sync with your calendar to avoid conflicts.
• Automatically schedule meetings based on the best time for both parties.

Target Audience will be freelancers and consultants who schedule multiple meetings weekly. Small business owners who manage client appointments.
Entrepreneurs who want to streamline their workflows. SaaS teams that need automated scheduling solutions.

I have some questions I’d Love Feedback On:

• Does this sound like a solution you would use or recommend?
• What additional features would make this service indispensable for you?
• How do you currently handle scheduling, and what are your biggest pain points?
• Do you see potential integration opportunities (Slack, Google Calendar, etc.) that would be a must-have for this product?

I’m in the early stages of building this service and would love your input to shape it further. If you're interested in being a beta tester or providing feedback as I develop, please let me know! Your insights would be invaluable.

Thanks in advance, and I’m excited to hear what you think!

Your scheduling service sounds incredibly useful, especially for freelancers, consultants, and small business owners. Automating the back-and-forth of setting up meetings is a game-changer! I’d definitely recommend this, and integrating with tools like Google Calendar and Slack would make it even more indispensable. One additional feature that might be helpful is allowing users to set customizable meeting durations or priorities based on the type of meeting. I currently handle scheduling manually, and time zone differences are a huge pain point, so having a solution like this would be a big help! Would love to beta test it! By the way, if you're a sports fan, check out CricfyTV for live cricket streaming and more.

👏🏼 Love the focus on automating the back-and-forth! As a frequent scheduler, I'd suggest prioritizing timezone management (especially for freelancers). Also, I'd consider adding a feature for easy/auto rescheduling - it's often overlooked but hugely valuable imo.

Thanks for your reply! Auto-rescheduling is a great point I didn't think about. It's definitely on my checklist!

But mostly I wander if there is a need for this, probably someone can use this tool for internal communication and meeting scheduling too!

Sure! I think it should work like this: The client sends you an email or message on some platform like Instagram, which is preferably a warm lead. This bot answers as an assistant and tries to convince the client to book a call. It then either asks them for their preferred time to meet or suggests available timeslots from your calendar. Finally, it schedules a meeting in their calendar. Additionally, during setup, you will have the possibility to customize this bot and provide information about your business.

Cool! Would love to see concrete examples of this.

Thanks for your reply! It probably has many different use cases. If you are a freelancer or consultant, for example, and get emails or DMs from potential customers, this bot will answer their messages as your assistant and help them book calls for available time slots. Another use can be for customer service, like answering consumer emails or messages, and if it can't help them with short answers, it will schedule a call for them. But this is only my vision, i want to know what real problems do people have that this bot can solve or probably people need such bot for certain platform like Slack, Teams, Instagram etc.
