Recently I scraped the 121,827 potential customer emails for my product!
But I don't know how to validate these email addresses? and How can I send a cold email to that much big list without getting into spam or promotion section!
Is it a good idea to do so?
If you have any suggestions for me, please let me know down in the comment section!
How did you scrapped this many emails? did you used any specific tool?

You can use tools like zerobounce or neverbounce.
Also, if you got a fresh email account, you should consider warming it up first (google it for best practices or use a tool like mailwarm to do it for you) so you don't damage your sender reputation.
Hey, Validating email addresses is something quite expensive, I think I can build the script to clean the list out.
Email warming is something new to me, I would definitely warm my domain but can you please tell me how much I need to warm before sending this massive amount of emails!
I already have a MailGun premium account- Please let me know how can I utilize it in the process.
