Since you're doing an iOS app, and don't have a lot of information on your landing page, I'd recommend picking a one-page template on Webflow and fitting your screenshots and information in.
You'll get the best bang for the buck (simple templates are $24) and you won't have to think of design/colors ..etc.
As far as your app is concerned, a simple change would be to bring up all the screenshots closer. Right now I can't really see what's on the screenshots. Here, take a look at [this app for example]. Their messaging is big, clear, and screenshots are to the point.
I simply googled "iphone fitness app of the day" and looked at the first link. Take a look at what your competitors are doing, and do that.
