My business partner and I are searching for a CTO for an upcoming startup that is focused on peer to peer mentorship and learning. This is a position that involves both equal equity split and pay.
The target for us is online business owners. The most consistent improvements happen when entrepreneurs learn from professionals that are just a few steps ahead, not miles. We connect you to mentors that will help you reach your next level faster - for free. We're doing this work by getting to know you and matching you with a mentor specific to your needs. We envision an ecosystem where the knowledge you gain gets passed on, trickling down level by level.
The model is simple, you give an hour of mentorship, you get an hour. Everybody wins.
We are currently based in Bali and are beginning the onboarding process by invite only. We want to ensure real value is being provided, especially in the early stages. Our Audience as of now is filled with entrepreneurs in our networks as well as those that live in our community.
I personally have a bit of an unconventional background. I have worked in many different industries mostly focusing on operations. Fun fact I used to even lead expeditions in foreign countries (mostly south Asia and South America) which taught me to adapt to many different situations.
My co-founder has a marketing background and has bootstrapped a lead generation company based out of the Netherlands.
If you are an experienced developer, programmer, or have a data science background, are level-headed, and an all-around fun person to be around please reach out. Also, if you know anyone that would be passionate about this project or fits these criteria please message me.

Might be worth adding more info, do you have an audience? Do you have industry connections? What skills do you have?
Developers are paid very well and have a lot of options.
Thanks for the feedback. I will elaborate on the post
Hi Ryan,
This looks like a cool idea, I'd be happy to discuss this further. Please reach out to me on LinkedIn.
