Searching for a designer

Hi,

I am a fullstack dev with some experience in sales.
I am searching for someone who can create clothes.
This can also be broken down to find someone who has illustrator skills to create the designs and or has the abillity to create different cuts for tailoring so we can send it to some tailor.

(Based in Europe is prefered)
