Searching for a fellow generalist software engineer to join me as a co-founder (as an established businessman)

Hello, indie hackers.

I have a ton of background in IT consulting, making bespoke software, turnkey solutions. I know how to find niches, how to sell stacks and all that jazz.

By now I'm kind of tired of linear growth and would like to dabble into the dangerous waters of product development.

I have a spicy, validated project for the field of IT HR, but I need hands on deck to get it done.

I don't care much about stack, but I would prefer to use Gleam language, to have a synergistic set up where we also occupy a niche that will become hyped in a couple of years (like it happened with Elixir).

I would like to, even if it's a bit of an unrealistic expectation, to find a copy of myself: a techie executive in a mid-sized, linearly growing consultancy, with some time on their hands and a nostalgia for writing code. But of course, anyone who feels like they're up for the challenge is welcome to reach out.
