Searching for Lead Engineer with NLP/NLG and mobile experience

Hey there everybody,

My co-founders and I are currently building 2 different ventures an are looking for
A. A lead software engineer (best case with cross-platform mobile experience and a passion for NLP/NLG) that wants to join a venture that has been a year in the making, has awesome partners and market potential and will be helping small business owners implement more sustainability and socially responsible strategies in their business.

B. A lead designer that has serious experience in beautiful UX&UI design, but best case feels comfortable to do anything from social ads to video content (until we grow bigger and you can have your own team of designers)
