Searching for recipes is a chore. How about a no fuss recipes app (mobile)?

Problem:
Finding inspiration for what to cook can be hard on a daily basis. Recipe apps tend to have thousands of recipes but searching to find the "right" one can be a chore, as can be googling for recipes. Plus, most apps atleast on Android have outdated UIs and clunky navigation.

Solution (or improvement to existing apps):
An app (iOS & Android) which provides 3 (no more, no less) recipes on a daily basis. The app would not contain a user searchable database or any extensive filters. An option would be provided however for vegan/veggie only recipes. Ofcourse, there would also be an integrated shopping list and favourites screen where recipes can be stored.
Now, I intend to scrape popular food blogs on the web and serve the scraped recipes on the app. The blogs would be carefully selected by myself so that the quality is high.

So, what do you think? Could such an app have potential?
The biggest problem I see, is how to ensure consistent recipes. I intend to automate the process but it looks like I will have to manually check each recipe before serving it...
Maybe the app concept should be more focussed on a niche such as for example vegan/veggie only, or quick 30-minute only ?

I would definitely focus on the niche, for example, keto recipes.
