Hello Philip, I'm Andrews from the Philippines also a startup founder but I've been a digital marketer for more than 8 years doing Branding, SEO, SMM & PPC Ads for businesses in US and AU.

Anyways, I know how difficult it is and crapshoot of finding the right partner, I've been there. If that partnership didn't work you lose time, effort and since you're also willing to pay, money. I'm really interested of your offer but I'm not sure if we are a great fit though.

So how about this, I'll help and work with you no money or equity involve just two students working on their thesis. Once we know for sure that we are a great fit then lets take it to the next level. How's that sound?

I also need 1 dev and 1 marketing guy ideally.
The projects are an online gaming website, a crypto currency website and a language learning website.

I am still looking into ways of generating trust since the legal way is way to complicated for a startup. One way would be just to transfer the domain rights so you will have one of the 3 domains, but you will work for the progress of all 3 domains to assure that we will transfer the domain rights between each other at set period of time.
