SecondRead is offering free code audits during beta — built for non-technical founders who used AI tools

I built SecondRead because I kept seeing the same problem: non-technical founders shipping apps built with Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, or v0, and having zero visibility into what the AI actually wrote under the hood.

SecondRead is an AI-powered code audit service that scans your GitHub repo with the same static-analysis tools pro security teams use (Semgrep, Bandit, secret scanners, dependency checks), then translates the findings into plain English.

No jargon. No generic ChatGPT walls of text. Just: "Here's what's costing you money, here's what breaks at scale, here's what to fix today."

During beta, audits are completely free. No payment, no signup, no catch. Just email your repo URL to [email protected] and I'll send back a full report.

The landing page is at secondread.me — you'll see the real pricing struck through with "Free during beta" because I want honest feedback more than revenue right now.

If you shipped something with AI and can't read your own codebase, this is for you.

The plain-English translation is a useful touch. A lot of founders can receive a technical report; understanding what the findings actually mean is a different experience.
