Secure way to solicit image uploads?

Hey,

I am working on a project where I need to solicit images from the public for a dataset. I am looking for a secure way for them to upload them, keeping in mind I have to avoid any hidden nasties in the file at my end.

I have looked at Google forms but users need a Google account to submit images in the form. I’m not sure about directly into a shared Google sheet, this might be the same?

I tried using an Airtable form linked to base. Was looking good but it’s a pain because I can’t hide the first row of the form when they submit second image.

Example:
Name
Email
Image Name
Attachment

On second image they are required to complete first two lines again, which will annoy people.

So my long winded question is, what would you use to accept images?

I'm not sure I understand why Airtable wasn't a good fit for this. An Airtable form will allow anyone to upload multiple images in one form submission.

Yes, that’s what I thought. The issue seems to be, the name and email column keep repeating when the form reloads. I might be doing it wrong so I’ll take another look at it.

The secure file/image collection is possible using BlockSurvey without a login. You can DM me on Twitter if you would like to try the product.
